Current Favorite Diffuser Blend

I am obsessed with essential oils in all forms. In soaps, lotions, and most of all… my diffuser. Aromatherapy has so many benefits and I think every home should have a diffuser (or two!) hanging around.

I am currently obsessed with a blend of Cedarwood, Frankincense, and Eucalyptus. It is so calming and really promotes a relaxing, grounding and peaceful feeling in the house.

  • 3 drops Cedarwood
  • 3 drops Frankincense
  • 1 drop Eucalyptus

As all things essential oils, it really depends on personal preference and oil brand. So feel free to mix things up, put more of it all, or more of just one element to make the sent you like best! I am using Plant Guru oils because they are rather affordable, but love DoTerra and Young Living oils as well.

DoTerra does really great spotlights on each of their oils, that I highly recommend checking out. I won’t pretend to do a better job of describing the benefits of each oil – so here are their descriptions!

A grounding oil that can promote emotional balance, Cedar oil is a good essential oil to diffuse at the end of a long day when you want to create a relaxing environment. Cedarwood oil holds calming and grounding properties for both the mind and body.

The ideal essential oil to help clear your mind and promote relaxation and feelings of clear breathing. Studies have also shown that Eucalyptus is even effective in helping lessen tension.

The perfume or aroma that Frankincense emits promotes feelings of satisfaction, peace, relaxation, and overall wellness.

What is your favorite blend?
